Standardization of work, which can be difficult to adopt initially, can be an effective way to increase productivity and efficiency since it defines expectations, formalizes processes and creates accountability. What is Standardized Work?

From production floor workers to warehousing teams, allow your staff to contribute their thoughts as to what works and what doesn’t. Always ask yourself: Why are we doing this? Don’t bark out orders. Unquestioned compliance rarely works with children, yet alone adults.
